Asiago *with a twist* garlic raviolis

Few months ago one of my friends posted a photo of her mushroom raviolis. She didn't include the recipe, and though I emailed her SEVERAL times asking for it... I had no luck.

No recipe.

Last week, however, after searching a recipe for something else I run into this great recipe of mushroom garlic raviolis. The only difference was that I made them into dumplings as I didn't have the patience and the tools to make the raviolis. They came out great though.

For those who would rather do the dumplings and not the raviolis, it wedges about 16 dumplings (the side it's shown on my photos).

I still like raviolis without sauce - yes, I'm Italian... but I like my pasta with butter and cheese, or olive oil and cheese. They were delicious and I look forward to eating them again. (I have some leftovers which I cooked and freezed. Hopefully they'll be good later on).

Thanks for leaving the comment at the Krazy Kitchen - but I can't take the credit. It was Tamy who made the awesome Raviolis - the Krazy Kitchen has seven different ladies posting, one each day of the week. Hope you'll be back to try out more of our recipes!
