Treat you unkind...

There are songs that remind me to certain people, songs that make me go back to a certain point in my life, songs that make me cry, songs that don't make sense to anybody but me...

The phrase 'treat you unkind' is from the song 'Wild Horses' by The Rolling Stones. It's one of my favorite songs, and it has no meaning whatsoever to me, but while I was listening to it today that phrase got stuck on me: treat you unkind... and immediately I thought of this song 'Everybody Hurts' by R.E.M.

Sometimes we are unkind to other people we care about, sometimes people are unkind to us, and that hurts ... we hurt.

I simply wish life could be a easier...
