Upstairs Vecinos

Ever since we moved here we've had some problems with our upstairs vecinos (neighborgs- in spanish).

At first I thought it was a couple with a kid. I could hear some noises at night while they would put the kid in the bed and then walk to their room (which is on top of our room). Then, we'd hear the bed squeack like they were having a very good time... so we always guessed they had a great sex life while bothering us.

One day, I saw a man came down the stairs and get into his car.

I stayed in our office checking when the guy would come back. He came back, alone, and with a bunch of stuff. He walked up, slammed the door, and walked to the 'kid's room' (which is on top of our office) and made the same noise as if putting the kid to sleep. Later on, he was smashing and hammering stuff on top of our room.

We realized it's only one guy living there... very noisy, btw.

Yesterday he was doing laundry at 5am and at 11.30pm he was stomping the floor and moving stuff and God knows what else he was doing. Today, he spent the whole day opening and closing doors, moving things here and there, and going up and down the stairs. I wish I knew what he does... that way I could be more tolerant about this.

I'm seriously considering going to talk to the apartment's manager and let her know what's going on. I don't care the washer at 5am, but it bothers me when he moves things around at midnight, and makes a lot of noise when I'm trying to go to sleep.
