Have you seen a Dinosaur living in the jungle???
We were coming back from Grandma's house after Rosh Hashanah's dinner (9/12). N&R & me were playing a game where you have to guess the animal the other person is thinking.

N. is it an animal that lives in the jungle?
n. no
N. Does it live in the desert?
n. no
N. does it have a long neck?
n. yes
N. Nikki, it's a jiraffe!
n. No! I'm telling you: it's an animal with long neck that lived before we even came to exist on the earth!!!!

She's 4 1/2 years old and she came up with that answer!!!
She was thinking about a dinosaur and she was so smart to say that! Everybody in the car was like WOW!

Mix of Feelings
Everybody came to our house to have dinner here as the last night we'd gone to grandma's house. My boss was talking how she made this very tasty brisket and she was telling me how easy it was and blah blah blah.


S. (boss) it's not really worth it to make it if the whole family, the 5 of us, aren't going to eat it.


It was very strange for me to feel like part of the family because I had decided NOT TO GET INVOLVED in that 'family' feeling. That was something I really didn't want to do this time coz when I leave I'm also gonna get hurt... but as D was saying to me the other night, it was a good feeling to know they consider me as part of the family.
