Baby Names...

Last week I was chatting with my niece and nephew thru Skype.

We had a wonderful time and I was telling them I have a baby in my belly, and soon the baby will come out... like it happened with their mommy and Bautista (look at him!!! isn't he precious!?!?!)

So this was our conversation:

T: Auntie, why don't you name the baby Larata? I guess he was trying to be funny and mix his sister's name with something else! :)

N: Larata? Hmmmm It sounds good.

T: yes! Larata! (laughs)

N: (thinks about nicknames... and starts laughing)

Thommy! They're are gonna call her La Rata XXXXXX (Gary's last name)

(rata means rat so La Rata means The Rat)

He was laughing so hard because of the new name La Rata!!!

After this, Lara came and told me HER name for the baby.

L: The name I think is Tio Gato (uncle cat)

and that gave Thomas and me a new reason to laugh at the name they've chosen for Ponyo. :)

Kids... so cute, innocent and sweet!
