iCook

Meatballs 

  • 1 1/4 pounds ground sirloin
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, eyeball it
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs, a couple of handfuls
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
Preheat oven at 350F
Mix all the ingredients together. 
Roll meat into a medium size meatball, and place it in a nonstick cookie sheet.
Bake balls 10-12 minutes until no longer red. (sometimes it takes more than 12 minutes)

Wow!!! que bien! yo no cocino, pero me gustaria saber la receta para hacerlas para mi maridin q no puede dejar la carne...hahaha!
