Ears... and pain
Nicole had a severe ear infection, that caused her A LOT OF PAIN for the past 2 days. She was screaming and crying as if she was about to die... and she spent the last couple of days in a terrible pain.
Last night when I was putting her PJs on she told me: I feel like I have a bug inside my ear and it's buzzing.... please Noel, take it out!
It was so heartbreaking coz there was NOTHING I could do to help her.
I hugged her and said I'm sorry and she said: you should have done that in the first place and that was terribly cute! She's been a pain in the neck - but she's a cutie! :)
Today, her mom took her to the ear doctor and she didn't have a severe ear infection.
She had a MAJOR ear infection! She's on 2 different antibiotics and she's not allowed to swim or get water inside her ear. It's only on her right ear, but now we need to be really careful with that side of her head.
On a different note, I'm going to Boston to see Gary.
He's gonna be there for 5 more days so I'll take the ride up there to see him for the weekend. I wanted to be a surprise, but I had to ask him whether he worked or not this weekend. He doesn't know for sure, yet, but I'm planning on going so I'll say I'm going.
I have never been to Boston, so it's gonna be a nice experience. I haven't seen him in a week, but for the first time it feels as if I hadn't seen him in years! I miss him a lot.
It just bugs me how people want to change things.
For those of you who don't have an iPhone, let me tell you that whenever you plug your iPhone to the computer it updates to the latest update on iTunes. There was a new software that came out after the 3G was released and as I don't have music on iTunes (but I had like 50 songs on the iPhone) I didn't want to lose the playlists, I didn't do the update until Sunday.
Today, I'm checking my calendar and I find something funny.
The calendar used to look like this:
After the update, Saturday is NOT the last day of the week.
I find myself struggling to see the calendar coz the f-ck-ng thing has been moved.
Question:
WHY???
I'll send a letter of complaint to Apple. I will do that.
Saturday is the last day of the week. The seventh day. Period.
Why the F-ck are they changing it????
