SODA STEREO

I never liked this band. I just liked some songs - like 'La Ciudad de la Furia'. But for some reason, in 1997, when the band decided to end their long life together as a band, my heart kinda broke.
Soda Stereo was an influential Argentine rock power trio formed in 1982 consisting of guitarist and vocalist Gustavo Cerati, bassist Zeta Bosio and drummer Charly Alberti. The band established what would become the template for many other popular Latin American pop and rock music groups: clever, often mysterious lyrics, pleasing musical arrangements and an elaborate and glamorous aesthetic image.
They will be getting together again to play a series of concerts during 2007 - starting in October in Argentina and going thru a bunch of other SA countries.
I want to see them so i'm happy to see they'll be coming to the USA as well.
It's part of my life for some reason ...
so anyway, Nadal and Federer are playing Roland Garros. Wont get to see the end, but i LOVE tennis. Just good players.
Peace out!

PS. Nicole's ballet recital is today. I'll tell you about it later.
